He died so that we might live!

This Easter, as we rejoice in the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, I find it an especially joyous occasion for all my family and friends who were born on this day.

He Has Risen!

He Has Risen!

My brother Rob was born on this day, a short 10-1/2 months after I had arrived, so each year we find ourselves sharing the same age for some six weeks or so. Fifteen years to the day later my brother Nick came in as number nine, with two more yet to be conceived. Happy birthdays to the both of you.

A cousin, Nicki Son, was born on April 20th along with a sister-in-law Carol Williams, and a good friend Pearl Krupka. So happy birthdays to you as well.

To all those who share this day may you enjoy the salvific blessings that we all have received from Christ’s death and resurrection and may you enjoy many more birthdays to come. May the Risen Christ bless you on your special day. Hallelujah!
